  • The shop sells handmade artistic functional ceramics.
  • Each item is handmade and unique — no two pieces are exactly the same.
  1. Using the Shop
  • Anyone who is legally allowed to make purchases may shop here.
  • All prices are shown in Polish złoty (PLN) and include all applicable charges (the Seller is not a VAT payer).
  • The price shown at the time of purchase is the final price for that product.
  1. Orders
  • Orders are placed through the website using the shopping cart.
  • After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.
  • The sales agreement is completed once your order is confirmed by the Seller.
  1. Payments
  • Available payment methods are shown during checkout.
  1. Shipping
  • Orders are shipped via courier services or InPost parcel lockers.
  • Shipping costs are shown during checkout and added to the product price.
  • Orders are usually shipped within 7 business days after payment is received, unless stated otherwise in the product description.
  1. Returns & Cancellations
  • If you are a consumer, you may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
  • To start a return, please contact us by e-mail.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days after you notify us.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
  • Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the returned item.
  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.
  1. Complaints
  • If there is a problem with your order, please contact us by e-mail.
  • Each complaint is handled individually.
  • If a complaint is accepted, you may choose a replacement item or a refund.

  • Your data is not shared with third parties, except for payment and delivery services.
